CHAS REGISTRATION

This is the contractor's health and safety scheme which shows that your company meets the minimum standards of health and safety compliance. We can reduce the burden of your application by working with you to ensure you have the necessary systems, procedures and documentation in place. We will complete you CHAS application form, review existing documentation and provide you with any additional documentation you may need to help you mange you health and safety and demonstrate competence to the assessor. We can also advise on any training requirements and act as your competent health and safety advisor.

HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICIES

If you employ more than four people, by law you must have a written policy. Our consultants can help you write this policy and advise you on any health and safety issues which are needed and how they can be addressed. If you wish, we can also act as Health and Safety advisors.

CDM CO-ORDINATION

If a construction project for your company is to last longer than thirty days or will involve more than five hundred man days it is likely you will be required to appoint a Construction( Design and Management ) co-ordinator (CDM-C). Our consultants will advise and assist the client with their duties and co-ordinate all aspects of the project. We will carry out these duties, ensuring that the client is safeguarded. Our consultants will consult with your company and prepare a set of quality procedures and policies to the required ISO 9001:2000 standards and will also do annual on-going conformance audits to ensure up to date procedures and policies in line with any changes in legislation.
